ABSTRACT

Hoarseness of voice due to recurrent laryngeal nerve palsy is mainly due to surgical cause or malignancy. But we are presenting a case of hoarseness of voice due to mechanical compression of a recurrent laryngeal nerve in between cardiovascular structures.
