ABSTRACT

The 50-year-old male known for the myelodysplastic syndrome was admitted with fever for 20 days and found with lung, bone marrow, and liver tuberculosis. He developed acute coronary injury and ARDS, which were treated actively. For disseminated tuberculosis, we have started on Anti-Tuberculosis treatment, and active treatment was given for acute coronary injury. He was discharged with stable vitals.
